From the workspace of an ambitious and ever curious electronic musician who originally started out as a drummer, Steve Valentins musical setup is continually evolving: translating a compelling language of electronic music onto acoustic instruments like the sitar and the drum kit, as well as exploring the possibilities of noise synthesis and tweaked drum machines. His latest release "Lost Profiles" features calmly shimmering ambiences, cascades of noisy bells and hypnotic drone.
